Fast service during downtown lunch hour.

Good/fast service. Would recommend.

For the first time here this place was decent. They have veg options and the people that worked here took extra precautions while making them, like changing their gloves. These are basics many food joints forget. Their Mediterranean sandwich was good.

Walked in and was selecting food when someone from behind the counter YELLED at me for not having a mask. I have a mask, but forgot to put it on. I didn’t think it was a huge deal but my family asked for us to leave because we felt like we were yelled at like criminals. Thinking about it, it used to be that customers were treated well (politely and nicely), but this thing is making employees act like crazies. We went around the corner for food and all is well :)

I expected this to be higher quality food, but it was more like fast food. We got the soup & salad combo which was a tiny salad (salad is cheap, so why skimp?) and bland, no frills soup. The service wasn't necessarily bad, but not good either. They could do a better job of assisting first-time guests. We didn't know if we were supposed to wait at the counter for our food, or if they would call it out, or bring it to us. Of course asking questions didn't seem to be an option either. We felt very rushed to place our order even though the menus on the wall are hard to see and are not organized well. Everything is served in plastic, which is a huge turn-off for me. I think we had more plastic on our tray than food. Overall, it was MEH. The redeeming quality was the price...we only paid $17 for lunch for two (we drink water). I doubt we will return because there are plenty of places that do the same thing, but better.

Great sandwiches. I just kind of wish the downtown location did not open for lunch only and not in weekends at all.

I love the wreck sandwich. Very nice atmosphere and some locations have a live musician on certain days..

When it says "skip the line" on advance orders, not true. The pick-up line is out the door and longer/slower than the normal line. Not worth it.

The food is good here but don't expect to eat lunch on time if you order delivery. They are always late..

Great lunch, service and entertainment. Go early because at noon the line is almost out the door.

I love the sandwiches here. I usually walk here from my office, get a Big Turkey, then eat half that day and half the next. 2 meals for $8 isn't bad.

If you haven't been here for breakfast, you're missing out. I worked a block away for over 2 years and ate here 3 times a week. Imagine a standard sized sandwich with your favorite breakfast items going through the toaster. All for under $4!I love you Potbelly.

☆They are very quick and the food is good! The service is just okay though. The workers tend to get a bit chatty among themselves and ignore the customers. I also think the bag should be moved to the side and not right in front of the customers. If they have to bag the food themselves after the check out. When the line is long it makes things a bit crazy..☆

Consistent, reliable good sandwiches, one block from Sundance Square and they have live music most days from 11am to 1pm.

I ordered the vegetarian sandwich and specifically asked for no mushrooms because I'm ALLERGIC. Thank God I checked the sandwich before I ate it. Sure enough mushrooms everywhere. I took it back and explain the situation. They agreed to remake my sandwich. Even after telling them what I wanted they still made it wrong. Seeing how I was on my lunch break I didn't have time to go back a 3rd time to correct my sandwich. So here I am starving and wasted money. Never again.

Yesterday was the first time we came to that place. But It is surely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the efficient service, with the exceptional cooking and wine and with the comfortable payment. We will absolutely return there again.

Great reliable lunch spot! It has been my go to for a quick lunch for over a year now. They have consistently provided great customer service at any time. It gets pretty busy at lunch time but they do their best to make it quick without sacrificing friendly service. I recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead if you are in a hurry. They always have my order ready to go at the designated pick up time.

Fast friendly service, good sandwich and salad. Lots of ways you can have your bread from thin or thick to a flatbread. They have potatoes and soup as well.

I’m not that familiar with their menu so I always feel rush when I eat here. Had a half turkey club sandwich and a half salad The sandwich would have been very tasty if it had some turkey on it. I had the multigrain bread also I really wanted to enjoy it but I couldn’t. I placed the items from the sandwich onto my salad. I will order a full salad next time. Staff was friendly!

I only bought a jar of their pepoers. They are really good..
